Responsible Gaming is about being in control of your own game by having fun and just consider the game as a form of entertainment, without exceeding your possibilities.
When you start to believe that you can transform it as job or become rich thanks to it; or when start thinking that you can actually predict the outcome of your bets, or else if you play to escape your problems, then that is the time to reach for help.
Uncontrolled gambling may have many negative impacts on your family, on your social life and friends, on your health and on your economic wellbeing.
One of our goal is to make you aware of your own limits. Unfortunately loosing is part of game too and be prepared to accept it is the key to keep control of your game.
KNOW YOUR LIMITS
Since at Mountberg we believe that your ability to play safely is very important, in all our casinos we have in place tools that are there for you to use when you feel the need to have a break.
In the limit page of your account you may find:
Limits to place on the amount that can be deposited over a set period
Limits on the maximum loss/wager per session
Limits on the amount of time played per session
If you feel that the above limits are not enough and you need something more, you can also request your account to be Frozen for specific periods of time:
24 hours (1 day)
7 days (1 week)
Should you be unable to control your gambling and decide to make a much longer break or even permanent, then it is possible to self-exclude. Electing for a period of self-exclusion will mean that it will not be possible to reopen your account once in effect for periods ranging from six months to five years. In order to request a permanent self-exclusion please send an email to [email protected].
All the limits and restrictions shall become effective immediately after inserting and confirming the settings in your account “Cashier” – “Limits” section on our portal.
SELF ASSESMENT TEST
If you are not sure about your gambling activity please feel free to conduct the GamCare Self-Assessment Test by clicking here.
The assessment consists of statements to evaluate and give a score on a scale of 1-10 according to how much they apply to you. The result will provide you a breakdown of how gambling is affecting your life and will give you personalised recommendations for your next steps.
